GENERAL CLEANING
| GENERAL CLEANING: -Dusting off all surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops. -Wiping down baseboards, window sills, and ledges. -Cleaning and disinfecting light switches, doorknobs, and handles. -Sweeping and mopping hard floors. -Vacuuming carpets and rugs. -Removing cobwebs from ceilings and corners. | RESTROOMS: -Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, urinals, and sinks. -Cleaning and disinfecting mirrors, countertops, and fixtures. -Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels (provided by the customer). -Sweeping and mopping restroom floors. -Emptying and cleaning trash bins. |
| WORKSTATIONS AND OFFICES: -Dusting and wiping down desks, chairs, and other furniture. -Cleaning and disinfecting computer keyboards, mice, and screens. -Cleaning and sanitizing telephones and office equipment. -Emptying and cleaning trash bins. -Disinfecting commonly touched areas such as door handles and light switches. | FLOOR CARE: -Sweeping and mopping hard floors in all areas. -Vacuuming carpets and rugs in all areas. -Spot cleaning and removing stains from carpets and upholstery. -Buffing or waxing hard floors as needed. -Stripping and refinishing hard floors periodically. |
| COMMON AREAS: -Dusting and wiping down tables, chairs, and other furniture. -Cleaning and sanitizing communal surfaces, such as countertops and reception desks. -Cleaning and disinfecting shared equipment, such as printers and copiers. -Sweeping and mopping hard floors in common areas. -Vacuuming carpets and rugs in common areas. | WINDOW CLEANING: -Cleaning and polishing interior windows and glass surfaces. -Removing fingerprints, smudges, and marks from windows and glass doors. -Cleaning and wiping down window frames and sills. -Cleaning blinds or curtains (if applicable). |
SPECIALIZED CLEANING (IF APPLICABLE)
| -Deep cleaning of carpets or upholstery. -Cleaning and polishing of hard surfaces, such as marble or granite. -Cleaning and sanitizing high touch areas, such as elevator buttons and handrails. -Cleaning and maintaining specialized equipment or machinery. -Additional cleaning tasks as per client’s request or specific industry requirements. |
